About the role

Are you ready to combine your love for animals with your people skills? We're looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our fast-paced, state-of-the-art Brisbane Community Vet Clinic on a part-time basis.

This is more than just a reception job – it’s an opportunity to make a direct impact on animal welfare while working with a team of passionate and highly skilled professionals. 

What You'll Do Each Day

• Be the first point of contact for clients, offering exceptional face-to-face and phone support.
• Manage bookings, admissions, and discharges with care and efficiency.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and keep merchandise displays tidy and appealing.
• Handle invoices, documentation, and end-of-day register reconciliation.
• Support the veterinary team in delivering compassionate care to animals and their families.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of experience in reception or administrative roles, with a focus on high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and IT systems.
• Excellent communication skills, a passion for animals, and strong attention to detail in a team setting.
• A current Driver’s License.
