The role
Reporting to the HR leadership team this is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our growing team. This position offers an opportunity for you to grow and develop your skills in HR in a supportive, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- End-to-end employment lifecycle: ownership of administration and contact services.
- Develop and implement Training Plans, Development Plans, and Performance Review material
- Employment Relations support and investigation
- Manage training records, activities, and reporting
- WH&S support, record keeping, risk assessment, training records
- Assist with the development and delivery of leadership programs
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure relevance and adherence to legal requirements
- Projects, as a valued member of the HR team we will be working on various projects together
In addition to the primary responsibilities, the HR Advisor will also provide support to the HR team by way of backup for generalist duties including, employee lifecycle, engagement, performance, well-being, advice, and injury management.

Essential
- Tertiary level qualification in Human Resources or equivalent discipline
- 1+ years previous experience with training facilitation
- 1-2 years' experience working in human resources or people & culture
- 2+ years previous experience in an operational role in any industry
- Course, program, and policy writing experience
- Demonstrated experience in providing quality customer service
- Commitment to meticulous attention to detail and accuracy with administrative work
- High level of communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse client groups
- High level of computer literacy, confident computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Current Police Check, or willing to obtain
- Experience creating basic e-learning courses or Articulate experience
- Experience with HRS software: Scout Recruit, BuRPS
- Learning Management System administrator experience
- Experience with injury management
