The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Client Manager to join our fast-paced Ipswich Community Vet Clinic on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the reception team (4+ team members) to provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate client bookings, admissions, and discharges to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and share relevant information.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
- Review and approve veterinarian recommendations for financial assistance per policy.
- Report on daily activities and suggest ways to improve processes.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar client management or leadership role.
- Strong computer literacy, attention to detail, and proven ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to manage client escalations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to recommend process improvements.
- A positive, flexible, and versatile approach to work.
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
