The Opportunity

As our Procurement Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the procurement, sourcing and stock intake of commercial stock and consumable goods across AWLQ's operations. From purchased products and donated goods through to operational consumables, you will ensure everything we procure delivers quality, value and aligns with AWLQ's brand and commercial objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, you will establish procurement standards, build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, corporate partners and donors, and use data-driven insights to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve stock performance and maximise commercial outcomes. Working collaboratively with teams across the organisation, you will help drive continuous improvement in procurement practices while supporting AWLQ's long-term financial sustainability.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in procurement, sourcing and stock control in a fast-paced operation.
• Solid understanding of inventory quality assessment and resale value.
• Experience implementing processes or standards in an operational setting.
• Experience sourcing ethical, sustainable products.
• Strong organisational skills across multiple stakeholders and sites.
• Clear communicator, written and verbal.
• High integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with POS systems, inventory tools and procurement reporting, onsite and online.
• Ability to guide and support teams including volunteer and mixed workforce environments
• A valid driver's licence.

Desirable Criteria

• Experience in charity, not-for-profit or donation-based settings.
• Experience building corporate partnerships or supplier relationships.
